Can I request a refund of the remaining credit on the wallet?
Yes, from July 20th to July 30th, 2026, you will be able to request a refund of the remaining credit through the official App Rock in Roma available on Google Play Store and Apple Store.
Is the QR Walletrequired to purchase food and drinks?
No, it is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. The QR Wallet allows you to skip the lines at the cashier and pay quickly and securely at all food & beverage points.
If I’ve already purchased a ticket, can I buy a VIP package later?
Yes, as long as availability lasts. VIP packages are limited and assigned on a numbered basis, so we recommend securing yours as soon as possible.
If I activate a QR Wallet, can I top it up during the concert?
Yes, you can top it up at any time during the event throughout the official App of Rock in Roma.
If I purchase one of the VIP Experience packages, is the concert ticket included?
No, the ticket is not included. It must be purchased separately through the official ticketing channels.
