If I’ve already purchased a ticket, can I buy a VIP package later?
Yes, as long as availability lasts. VIP packages are limited and assigned on a numbered basis, so we recommend securing yours as soon as possible.
Does the Golden Pit package include a reserved bar open before the concert starts?
Yes, the Golden Pit package includes access to a reserved bar that is active both before the concert begins and throughout the event. It’s designed to offer greater comfort and faster service for all Golden Pit ticket holders.
If I purchase the QR Bangle rechargeable wristband, can I top it up during the concert?
Yes, you can top it up at any time during the event. Dedicated top-up points will be available throughout the food & beverage area to help you avoid queues and keep enjoying the festival without interruptions.
If I purchase one of the VIP Experience packages, is the concert ticket included?
No, the ticket is not included. It must be purchased separately through the official ticketing channels.
Are VIP packages refundable
No, VIP packages are non-refundable. We recommend checking all details and availability carefully before completing your purchase. In the event of event cancellation, specific refund instructions will be provided.
Can I request a refund of the remaining credit on the wristband?
Yes, from August 2nd to August 12th, 2025, you will be able to request a refund of the remaining credit through the official Rock in Roma website by providing your wristband ID. The instructions and request form are available at the following link: https://rockinroma.com/en/refunds/
Is it possible to collect the wristband in advance?
Yes, a pickup point will be available in the city in the days leading up to the event (details will be announced soon on the official website). Alternatively, you can collect your wristband at the entrance on the day of the concert.
Is the QR Bangle wristband required to purchase food and drinks?
No, it is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. The QR Bangle allows you to skip the lines at the cashier and pay quickly and securely at all food & beverage points.
