Credit Refund Policy – QRBangle

Participants who used the QRBangle wristband to make cashless payments during the event can request a refund of any remaining credit by following the instructions below.

Use of Remaining Credit

• Remaining credit does not expire and can be reused at any upcoming Rock in Roma events.

• Simply present the same QRBangle wristband at the entrance to continue using your available credit.

How to Request a Refund

• Go to the official portal: rockinroma.com/rimborsi

• Enter the unique code of your QRBangle and your personal details (name, email, IBAN or preferred payment method)

• Fill out the form and submit your request

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the correct receipt of the request.

• Any bank fees or processing charges will be clearly indicated at the time of submission and will be covered by the requester.

Conditions

• Refunds can only be requested for wristbands that are linked to a user account and show a visible remaining credit.

• Bonus or promotional credits are not eligible for refund.

• Wristbands that are damaged or unreadable may not be eligible for a refund unless properly linked to a user account.

Refund Request Period

• Refund requests can be submitted from August 2nd to August 12th, 2025.

• After this deadline, remaining credit will no longer be refundable and will automatically be considered usable credit for future Rock in Roma concerts.

How to Link Your QRBangle Wristband

To use your credit and be able to request a refund, you must link the wristband to your personal profile.

It’s very simple:

Once linked, you will be able to:

• Top up your wristband

• Track your spending

• Request a refund of the remaining credit (if needed)

All data is handled securely and in compliance with GDPR regulations.
